Johnson's Real Ice Cream-Shipping Info

Johnson’s Real Ice Cream is shipped nationwide via FedEX Express or FedEX Ground delivery. We guarantee that your ice cream will arrive frozen. If for any reason your ice cream does not arrive frozen, we will gladly reship your order.

Please note that All Sales are Final and refunds will not be issued.  If the ice cream is melted due to a shipping delay with FedEx, we will reship the order on our next available shipping date. 

Be sure to notify recipients in advance to expect delivery of a perishable item. Confirm that the recipient will be home or at their office to accept delivery of their package.  If FedEx is unable to leave the package due to gates, locked doors, etc., we will not be held responsible.  Tracking info is sent to the customer who orders, so they need to communicate with the recipient about delivery details.

Our ice cream is shipped in dry ice and should be placed in the freezer immediately upon arrival. Make sure your recipient does not “touch” the dry ice. It should be handled with care.
